Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship to Canada and the US. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders. No minimum spend required.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@glowbands.com and we'll do our best to help.

What resistance levels come in the set?
Our GlowBands Resistance Bands Set includes 5 bands ranging from extra light to extra heavy. This makes them perfect for beginners starting out, and challenging enough as you get stronger over time.
Will the bands roll up or slide during exercises?
Nope! Our bands are made with a non-slip fabric design that stays firmly in place during squats, glute bridges, lateral walks, and all your other favourite moves. No more mid-workout readjusting.
What exercises can I do with resistance bands?
So many! Resistance bands are incredibly versatile. You can work your glutes, legs, arms, core, and back. Every GlowBands order comes with a free 20-exercise workout guide to get you started right away.
Are the bands suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Our set was designed with beginners in mind. The lightest band requires very little resistance, making it easy to learn proper form before progressing to heavier levels.
How do I clean my bands?
Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth after use. Avoid machine washing as it can affect the fabric's elasticity over time.

What is your return policy?

I received the wrong or a damaged item. What should I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@glowbands.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund straight away.
