Free shipping

GlowBands offers free standard shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods such as holidays.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@glowbands.com.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of the dispatch date, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf. We will either resend the order or issue a full refund.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. GlowBands is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@glowbands.com — we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
