We want you to absolutely love your GlowBands purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to make it right.


30-day return window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.


How to start a return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@glowbands.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo of the item (if it arrived damaged or incorrect)


We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.


Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you do not need to return it. Simply email us at hello@glowbands.com with a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used cannot be returned unless they are defective. Digital products (such as workout guides) are non-refundable.
